You’ve always been beautiful. now you’re just deciding to be healthier, fitter, faster, and stronger. Remember that.
Guess who’s ready for summer? Me. Guess what is not ready? My waistline. I have been working out lately like a woman on a mission. Let me break this down because I do not want to confuse anyone. I have been working out every day like I have a goal in mind. I am not killing myself or trying to hurt myself for a weight-loss goal. The last thing I want to do is get to my goal and be in too much pain to enjoy the fruit of my labor.
I have not decided whether to post my workout photos. I do not want to run people away!
What are your workout goals? What system do you use? For me, a system of weights and aerobics works. I have to switch it up, so I don’t plateau. Right now, my goal is to lose between 15-20lbs (more than that but, we’re starting here, mmkay). I can do it. I know I can. Any encouragement will help though. I’ll be sure to return the favor. So, for now, I’ll be in my basement, getting it in to a mix of house and hip hop. If you have any suggestions, please leave them in comments. I am gearing up to make this a lifestyle change. I am not going to stop exercising after I reach my goal.
I have found some great workout fits that I will share. My faves right now, will not break the budget. It’s the best of both worlds with comfortability and cute. Just because you’re sweating like a pig in hot grease, does not mean you have to look like it!
Look, see. These are my favorite workout clothes right now. They are super comfortable and inexpensive. **They also keep the smells in, if you know what I mean. Just saying.
